Rum Espresso Martini:
2 1/2 Tablespoons of Dark Rum
1 1/2 Tablespoons Coffee Liqueur
1 Shot of Heave Ho Espresso 
2 Teaspoons of Cookie Butter Syrup
Instructions:
1. Hard shake all of your ingredients for 10-12 seconds
2. Fine strain into a stemmed cocktail glass 
3. Garnish with an orange zest spray
