EL SALVADOR
Happy new year to you all. We decided to kick off the year a bit different this time around and share with you our own heave ho team cupping and compare it to sweet Maria's own notes on this flavorful medium roast. We encourage you to join in whatever your preferred brewing method may be. Take notes of your own observations and compare your notes with ours in an effort to expand our palates and have a little fun! Happy sipping.
